About The Village Inn

Welcome to The Village Inn, a traditional Arrochar Inn in the heart of the Loch Lomond National Park. If you are looking for traditional, welcoming accommodation near Loch Lomond, the Village Inn is the perfect choice.

Originally built as a church manse in 1872, the Village Inn is set in its own grounds complete with large beer garden. The Village Inn sits on the east shore of Loch Long and a few minutes from Loch Lomond and enjoys superb views over the "Arrochar Alps" and the hills and trails of Loch Lomond National Park

At the Village Inn, Arrochar,we have some of the most charming accommodation Loch Lomond has to offer. We have 14 beautiful en-suite bedrooms as well as the Village Inn Bar, Lounge, Restaurant and a small Private Dining/Meeting Room.

Open all year round, The Village Inn, Arrochar is perfect for a mid-week break or a weekend away, as well as meeting up with friends for a relaxing meal or a pint of real ale brewed locally at Loch Fyne.

The Village Inn is a fantastic location to enjoy some great Scottish freshly cooked fayre. Our bar and restaurant is the perfect place to relax over dinner after a day of activities in the Loch Lomond National Park.

Our menu is served from 12pm daily with lighter bar snacks available till 4pm. Fresh fish and seafood are delivered daily - so look out for some of our delicious daily specials. We have achieved an enviable reputation for our high quality traditional Scottish cuisine.

Review of The Village Inn - Arrochar - Argyll And Bute written

We stayed one night at The Village Inn as part of a tour of Scotland with our grandchilden from France. The Inn is situated right on the banks of a loch, the adjoining rooms were spotlessly clean, as was everything else in the hotel.

In the true tradition of a village inn, the bar is a focal point for residents, visitors and locals alike. The comfortable, homely atmosphere with open log fires provides the ideal setting to enjoy a relaxing drink or bar meal.

We, however, ate in the restaurant and were delighted that there was an excellent chidren's menu as well as "good pub grub" for adults! The food was served without delay and was fresh and hot, and the staff were polite and friendly. If you're visiting Scotland, The Village Inn will not disappoint.
