The Inn, which dates back to 1528 is bursting with character and The Bear’s staff will always make you feel welcome and at home. We serve an array of wines, spirits and beers including locally brewed ales to give you a real taste of Derbyshire.

Over the years we have built up a strong reputation for the food we produce at the Bear and we always use locally sourced produce to ensure the highest quality and freshest food possible. Our daily menu is filled with in-season delights to suit any appetite which you can enjoy throughout the day. We also offer a Sunday Carvery which people travel from near and far to experience.
